General Admission + Chuck's Quest add-on Experience

Our hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm daily. We recommend that you arrive at least one hour prior to closing to see the highlights of the ship.

With your General Admission, you can choose from two options to explore the Battleship Missouri. Choose whichever one suits your interests, or you can do them all if you have the time.

GUIDED TOUR (35 minutes)

General admission includes a guided tour. Tours run from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and no reservation is required. Take a guided tour with one of our knowledgeable Battleship Tour Guides. As you are escorted throughout the ship, you will walk in the footsteps of General Douglas MacArthur and see where World War II ended. Afterward, you are welcome to explore the ship on your own at your leisure. Guided tours are available in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

EXPLORE ON YOUR OWN (varies)

If you prefer to venture at your own pace, scan our digital map once you're aboard and take advantage of the informational signs throughout the ship.  Tour guides and staff will be available to answer questions and keep you going in the right direction.

Enjoy the ship at your pace following one or all three separate tour routes:

* The Main Deck tour highlights the most famous historical aspects of the ship.
* Below Decks tour highlights "Life at Sea" and will show you where the crew ate, slept, and spent most of their free time.
* The Above Decks tour highlights the ship's command and control and includes the bridge, flying bridge, and the Captain's at-sea cabin.

Chuck's Quest add-on Experience

Bring your visit to life, by adding our new interactive scavenger hunt, Chuck’s Quest, to your general admission! Designed especially for children ages 4-12, but fun for all ages, this self-guided booklet transforms your tour into an exciting mission led by Chuck the Iguana, the Mighty Mo’s beloved mascot.

Follow Chuck through 14 stops around the ship to search for hidden signal flags, decode crew messages, and uncover real stories from the Sailors who served aboard the world’s last battleship. Along the way, explorers learn about Navy jobs, history, and life at sea.

At the end of the adventure, participants can be sworn in as Honorary Mighty Mo Crewmembers and receive a special keepsake from the Battleshop.

Chuck’s Quest is a must-do add-on that elevates any visit—fun, educational, and the perfect way for families to connect with the Mighty Mo’s legacy.
