Dear Friends of the Mighty Mo,

Experience life on a battleship as you go on a behind the scenes tour of the ship, eat on the ship's mess deck, and sleep in the crew's berthing area...

That's right, we are offering members the rare opportunity to stay overnight on the last active battleship in the world! You don't want to miss this unique and exciting experience.

The Overnight Encampment experience is being offered only to “Friends of the Mighty Mo Members” (Battleship Missouri Members) and their immediate family members at a reduced rate of $60 per person. The Minimum age is 10 years old.

Guests will choose to begin their overnight adventure with one of two special access tours: "Big Guns" or "Engine Room Snipes." Following an evening colors ceremony, a catered dinner including dessert will be served on the mess deck.

Afterwards, guests will embark on a special access tour. The evening will culminate with a night-time re-enactment presentation of the World War II surrender story on the historic "Surrender Deck."

After a restful night sleep in the crew’s berthing, you will enjoy a good hardy “Hawaiian-style” breakfast. You will assist with Morning colors just as you depart the ship. Don’t forget to visit our exciting ship’s store to buy a souvenir to remember your visit!

For more information, registration, and payment (credit card preferred) contact David Suhs, Encampment Coordinator, at (808) 455-1600 (ext. 250); or

Deadline to register is November 6, 2017

Due to construction of the Honolulu Rail Transit Project, shuttle times from the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center to the Battleship Missouri Memorial may be delayed. Please allow yourself extra time for this activity as tour buses will need to take a different route to accommodate construction in the area.

Currently, we don't have ADA access to the Surrender Deck. Our lift from the main deck to the Surrender Deck is temporarily out of order. We hope to have this fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
