Held aboard the historic Battleship Missouri Memorial, this annual ceremony provides an opportunity for the community to come together in remembrance and gratitude while reflecting on the values of duty, honor, and service that continue to shape our nation.

As America commemorates its 250th birthday, we honor the veterans whose service and sacrifice have helped preserve the nation's founding ideals of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for generations.

This Veterans Day, we recognize the men and women who answered the call to serve—past and present—whose courage, dedication, and commitment have strengthened our nation through times of challenge, change, and progress. Their sacrifices have helped secure the freedoms we enjoy today and have shaped the American story across two and a half centuries.

Standing on the threshold of America's next 250 years, we reaffirm our commitment to moving forward as one nation, strengthened by the legacy of those who served and inspired by the promise of what lies ahead.
