Military Ceremonies

**Please note social distancing guidelines are in place following guidance from the CDC, the State of Hawaii, and the Navy. When the military request form is submitted, you will be notified of the details**

**You will be responsible for meeting all Covid-19 related directives that are in effect pertaining to your branch of service and command.**

Military Ceremonies

The USS Missouri Memorial Association honors the commitment of the men and women who serve or have served our great nation by offering our military ceremonies program. The Battleship Missouri Memorial offers space on the ship at no charge for these listed official ceremonies: Change of Command, Change of responsibility/Post and Relief, Promotion, Commissioning, Reenlistment, and Retirement. The military ceremonies can be held Monday through Friday. The ship is closed to the public on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

By holding your military ceremony on the Battleship Missouri, you are contributing towards sharing the history of this legendary vessel. The USS Missouri Memorial Association is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization charged with ensuring that the Battleship Missouri continues to stand the test of time as a monument of peace. Every dollar generated from donations goes directly to the operation, maintenance, and preservation of the Battleship Missouri.

Safe Access Oahu program

The City and County of Honolulu has enacted its Safe Access Oahu program. Effective September 13, all employees and visitors to the Battleship Missouri Memorial, Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum must show proof of full vaccination or a lab generated negative COVID-19 test result taken within the previous 48 hours, as well as valid id to enter. Children under 12 years old are exempt.
