Certified with Yoga Alliance and trained specifically for military populations, Jen volunteers her time to teach veterans, service members, families, and caregivers. She also dedicates her skills to the substance abuse program and psychiatric ward at Tripler Army Medical Center, teaching through the American Red Cross Service to Armed Forces, as well as to the staff and volunteers of the Red Cross Pacific Islands region.
