Explore over 80 years of history on the Battleship Missouri with an engaging educational program and experiences. We offer a number of programs for teachers, students, and parents to learn about different subjects and how they relate to our ship. We also have guided tours for our education groups, featuring the Mighty Mo's role in World War II, the Korean War, and Operation Desert Storm. Come aboard the biggest classroom you'll ever encounter!

Hours

Our ship hours are daily from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Overnight Encampments run from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. seven days a week, depending on availability. Our Virtual Learning Programs' hours are negotiable based on time differences between locations. For more information, please call (808) 455-1600 ext. 253 or email us.

Speech Contest Opportunity - "What Can I Do For Peace?" 2025

As part of our 80th Anniversary of the End of WWII Commemoration Events, the Battleship Missouri Memorial hosts a speech contest for High School Students (Grades 9-11). Speech submissions will be accepted until April 25, 2025, and then the finalists will be announced on May 5, 2025. Awards include participation in the 80th Anniversary of the End of WWII Commemoration in September 2025, features on our website and social media channels, and more!
